Left in room

Guest brings me the tip envelope and says, "this was left in my room, I didn't read it.'

hahahhahhhaaaaa.

Loved it! We stick the card out of the envelope so they will read it! Also a post it with a note on it inside that says, "Notes and comments on how we can better serve our guests…" Then you can reuse the card by peeling off the post it and putting another in its place. The worst are the ones that use the card to set their drink on it.
What I really want to hear is your response to the guest!!!!!!
