Would that 5th star have killed you?

Wonderful review about how well we took care of them, right down to redoing the menu to accommodate allergies, etc.
Everything marked 4 stars.
4 is good, I know that. But if you're going to use !!! in your review, it wouldn't kill you to make it 5 stars.

The grump is justified in being grumpy. Just doesn't seem right. I had a 4 like that once, and it still irritates me.

Well, looking at this person's profile, there's nothing to be grumpy about. He is just stingy. 83 4 star reviews vs 24 5 star. Don't spend another moment with him inside your head. We get these folks occasionally too.
