We will only be there two nights. Any friends there? Places you've stayed?
I think we want downtown so we can walk and because we won't be there long.
We do want to visit the Opus One vineyard. Any other favorites?
Thanks.

Didn't they just get a whole lot of flooding there the other day? I am not sure exactly where, but it made the news and it was bad. Better check. See this

One of my favorite wineries is William Hill. It's small but I love their reds. Also, Rutherford does a nice tour.

Thanks. It's so hard to choose, there are so many. Good to have recommendations. And forgive me if I don't believe everything I read on TA! :)

That's probably for the best since a lot of the Napa reviews are probably written while heavily influenced by the grape juice. Clearly my judgement and memories were skewed when a couple of weeks after I got home, to my surprise, cases and cases of wine started showing up on my doorstep.
Have a fun trip!

We joined a wine club. Best thing we did! Then our state decided we were letting the teenagers in the neighborhood take our shipments off the porch and they made it illegal for anyone other than a distributor to get wine shipments. We miss that wine club.
