I'm very familiar. They didn't broker my purchase four years ago, but very good people.

Started by Heide Bredfeldt & husband Bill Oates many, many years ago. Nice folks. They've stepped back a bit from the day to day, but Tim Piper is an excellent broker and a big proponent of B&Bs as they fight against unregulated short-term rentals.

Full disclosure: Tim and I both serve on the Vermont Inns and Bed & Breakfast Association board. 

I think you should have no concerns using this firm. Well regarded and respected. Their new innkeeper programs regularly bring prospective innkeepers in and help them learn whether this lifestyle is right for them. I like their seminars because they don't candy-coat it. They tell it like it really is.
