Tonight for the first time ever (that I remember at least), I'm hitting the legal limit of people in the house. Ever single bed and ever extra bed in the house is occupied (and paid for).
This month has been crazy and next month is about the same, until the end of next month.
Oh and that three day hole... still there.
 
3 day hole = 3 days off to recoup and recharge!

Technically our max is 22 - have insurance for 30 as it goes up in 10's so figured best be over covered - however have slept 26 as the absolute push to the limit. Don't want to do that again as its the extra pressure on the breakfast service that kills us

Our max is 15. The norm is 12. Extra beds, extra cleaning, extra people in toilets, etc.
 
When I saw "Hitting Max" my thought was, of course, that you and Max must not be getting along well.

Only have a few days at the end of the month open... except for the three days still left for next weekend, still looking to fill with no commission, but so far, nothing. May have to put it up on X and B at 20% upcharge.

It's overpriced for a get-a-way. It's a high price in demand weekend because of a local music festival.
My room is the same price as a room near the airport....35 minutes away from downtown. Nothing decent under $280 a night at the moment..... I'm $220... I was $200. If I put it up on the OTAs, I will likely list at $260, since I have to pay commission. One week left.

It's overpriced for a get-a-way. It's a high price in demand weekend because of a local music festival.
My room is the same price as a room near the airport....35 minutes away from downtown. Nothing decent under $280 a night at the moment..... I'm $220... I was $200. If I put it up on the OTAs, I will likely list at $260, since I have to pay commission. One week left.
