TA is messing with their ranking system AGAIN

I was reviewing our TripAdvisor ranking and noticed that TA is now listing B&Bs as "#1 best value, #2 best value, etc." if a person puts in their travel dates. The traveler can click on a "Sort by:" tab if they want to view B&Bs by their actual ratings. I have no idea how TA is determining "best value" because inns that are priced higher than others on OTAs are ranked with higher "best values" than others.
First we're relegated to a separate page that travelers have to choose, and now this. Just another example of the many disadvantages B&Bs experience on TA.

TA says "Best Value" rank uses "exclusive TripAdvisor data, including traveler ratings, prices, booking popularity, location, and personal user preferences." So an algorithm, not just based on traveler rating under Value.

They are burying us. Even when I click on B&B's in my search, they bring up hotels.
The value thing is beyond annoying because people are coming to TA for reviews, but are being pitched to buy.

One more reason why to NOT give them a single penny of my money. You can't find me.

This has been happening for a couple of weeks now. I actually like it. Folks still have the opportunity to search via "Traveler Ranked" if they're that snooty to need #1. We rank #3 but #1 in value, I believe because we still have a 5 Star rating, but our pricing is better, thus a better Value, which should be the goal for everyone.

I used to be one of their best customers. After all the shenanigans against B&Bs over the past two years, I quit everything. Haven't regretted it.
