Since April we still have not had a single day with no guests. The next possible dates is 7 days away from now. That's a heck of a record.

Good problem to have, but exhausting.  It's nice to be off a day here and there.

Sigh, cannot say the same. My Vets come in Thursday for 3-nights.  The last paying guests left this morning. BUT, I admit, I do not want to be as busy as you are. Comes with being off-the-beaten-path.

I'm not sure that I want to be as busy as I am. Smiling

Time to raise your rates.

This is the off-season and to be honest, I'm at the upper band of B&Bs around here. Sometimes, I'm the most expensive B&B in town.

There is nothing wrong with that!

That's what I was thinking. If you are at or near the top in area rates, and still busy busy busy, the rates can surely nudge up a little. The increase can often more than offset the few losses from price shoppers booking elsewhere, and you don't work as hard or have as many supplies to replace.
