So, I have access to a PPC keyword bank, but it won't let me filter well... so for TA, I get 1.1M different keywords... going through them manually....
One of the first ones that pops up is "information on city country" and I'm looking at it and thinking... do I want to show up with that? And the first answer that comes to my mind is yes and the second answer is NO! Sure, it's nice that I pop up when looking for that, but are they shopping for my goods at that time? Nope. So, are they likely to book from that? Not to my mind.
Anyway, the list gives me some insight. And the top term it shows up is "best hotels" which is again a term that I don't want to show up with. Interesting stuff.

So, started going through some of my "competitors" looking at things.... and one of them shows up with "map for address" as their top organic keyword... so I add in my city and look it up on Google and lo and behold, sixth on the page. WEIRD. I wonder if they realize how much traffic that one pages finds... that isn't looking for what they are selling?

We show up really well for 'my town restaurants'. Do those folks stay with us? No. They were just looking for restaurants. But, it's a good page to have.

Actually, your organic according to this tool, shows you for your state, but not your city. Whoops, that's for google in MY country. The word "outlet" seems to be high on the organic search for you. And your "what to do" page actually has a significant amount of traffic.
