Got an email today saying we'd won one of their "Guest Review Awards." Clicked the link to download the information and logos.
"It appears that your property did not achieve a Guest Review Award this year. For more information on how to win one...."
These people couldn't pour the pee out of their boots if you printed the instructions on the heel.
 
Didn't see anything like that here. But, we rarely get reviews and I know booking keeps asking guests to write them.
People hate us. (Joking)
 
Bury the bad ones.
Friends of ours use b.c a lot, and they get lots of great reviews. A couple of weeks ago they had pita guests who left them a 2.8 / 10. When they told me about it I couldn't see the review, turns out that b.c has buried it. The first 2-3 pages of reviews are all those from 2-3 weeks past, but this bad one was down with the 2-3 month old reviews even though it was less than a week old.

We got a 5.x because the guests thought that they got BB. But it certainly wasn't here.... could have been the airplane. But I got blamed and dinged for it. Cost me .1 on my rating, too.
 
The heading for your forum topic gave me the giggles!
I hate all of the OTAs. "Winning" something from them can feel like being king of the dirt pile anyway. Hooray, in 2017 you received less PITA, self-righteous, online vigilante guests who feel the need to publicly rant about every detail!
