Just a quick introduction :)

Hi guys, not long come across this site and decided to stop by and have a flick through the different posts and pages. I'm 23 and have been working in the restaurant and bar industry on and off since 17. I love everything about it and have known for the past couple of years now that I have every intention of staying within the hospitalits industry.
I currently moved jobs to work in a restaurant/hotel to gain some insight in the hotel side of things with the end goal being owning my own guesthouse in the next 10 years

Look forward to seeing you around on the site and I will be bobbing in and out with my inputs and probably asking far to many questions to you knowledgeable owners to help ensure I don't make a huge mess when it does come to taking the leap.
