Looking for a vender for a fund raiser cookbook - recommendations?

are we allowed to do this ?
Our innkeepers association is going to publish a fundraiser cookbook. I've looked for a good publisher and many are out of business, some are hard to understand their requirements. Has anyone done this recently and can you point to a good vendor?

It has been a while, but I believe my B & B Assoc used Morris Press. They are still in business I think.
