French Toast with Cherry Wine sauce one day - a different crowd tomorrow.

Any ideas for leftover French Toast? I was thinking of making a layered French Toast bake (cherry wine sauce in the middle and adding a crispy brown sugar pecan topping) but how to make it look freshly made/baked? Add a small amount of egg & milk mixture...? I didn't see anything in the recipes listed here...not finding enough on Google...

Suggestions welcome - and Thanks!

Out to the chickens, they're pigs with feathers.

Left-overs from this mornings breakfast goes in one end, tomorrows breakfast comes out the other.

Ultimate recycling!! cheeky

Frittata time. Everything works in a frittata.

Agree. We do a version of baked French toast and call it bread pudding.   Different presentation.   Similar ingredients.
