Teenagers, all over again

Cutest thing just happened - couple in mid-70's just got dropped off by son. Son asked if they were all set for the night. Oh, yes, all set.
They started up the stairs to the door and stopped on the landing.
I thought they were going to wave goodbye as their son drove away.
They watched as the car passed by the house so son could see them at the door, then they held hands, walked back down the stairs and went out for the evening!

I love it, just because we got old over the years doesn't mean we don't still think like the teenagers we once were long ago.

HA! Not what I expected at all ... thought you were going to say you had mischievous teens in the house. Well, you did, sort of. Good for them!
