Oops. Yeah, I meant to do that

So I was making the individual crustless quiche this morning. Added the chopped onions and zucchini and baked. As I took them out, I realized I’d forgotten to add the cheese.
So I changed the menu from, “zucchini onion quiche” to “ zucchini onion omelette.”
If it works, I’ll add it to the rotation!

I make bread rolls for breakfast every morning, the other day I forgot to put the yeast in. You could have paved the drive with them.

How I'd hope that relationship was ready to retire ... unnecessarily cruel and vindictive. I'd have given him the boot and given her a hug.

When I got up this morning the power was out. Had one couple with a 9 AM breakfast. The power came back on at 8 AM (no idea how long it was out). Just last week I had received the new emergency light from Amz (Lowe's no longer sold them - UGH!)
I was not able to make what I planned, but did get muffins, fruit, juices, the turkey sausage I had made, and a Spinach-Swiss Bake and Bali Blue Moon coffee I roasted last night on the table on time. Then I put the small piece of sausage I left for myself in the pan to cook on low while I said goodbye. Which I then forgot. Good thing the lid was on the skillet but my copper frying pan has a bit more blue in it now. SIGH!! Ain't its first rodeo.
