But then again it could have confused both of us.
BTW I have been doing TC for at least as long as you Arks but never had my campaign expire. Just add more money and/or dates and always start back up.
My problem continues - one month now! Yes, really!
They now have finally agreed that the problem is a glitch in my campaign.
But now are looking into WHY! Not open to a new campaign as yet.
The problem? The TA has removed any TC support. TA feels that TC is a do it yourself type of system and apparently feel nothing goes wrong on their end so it must be user error.
Emails are only answered during overnight hours so no matter how early you respond in the AM there is no response until the next night. And of course it doesn't seem to matter as they don't read (or maybe comprehend) what the problem is.
Each time I told them I understand how it works I have run a successful TC campaign for several years, it is not working now! It appears as though CS does not understand my problem, please have someone call me.
I finally had an email from them asking how my CS issue was handled. I gave them an ear screen full and again asked to please have someone call me.
And finally someone did. After a few answered questions the CS person said, it does appear you know how TC works and that there is a problem with your account. That was when I was told no one is assigned to help with TC problems! That is brilliant! Of course they really want you to transfer over to a business listing.
Sadly due to the change with Google maps and the lack of TC I had to resort back to E xp edi a as I was not being seen in the searches I needed..
