Boozy Egg Nog and Meringues (with the leftover egg whites)

      

Never made these before.

Soon we will make Plum Pudding ... with Flora Dora Sauce. A family favorite.

Any holiday favorites you have?

My cousin had a bumper crop of sweet potatoes this year. So instead of pumpkin it’s been sweet potato pie this season.

It is from Alton Brown  altonbrown.com  It's called the aged eggnog

New to me, looks good but can't recommend for sure since we haven't tasted it yet.

You need to make it and leave it for at least two weeks. High alcohol content to kill anything in the raw eggs.
