We are doing it. We belong to an innkeepers association in our tourist town.
We are collectively putting together a cookbook. Actually I’m putting it together and the other innkeepers are throwing recipes and ideas at me.
We have 12 inns participating and over 200 recipes. Interspersed in the recipes are “fun facts” about the history of our town. Each chapter in the book features an inn with a picture and a narrative about their Inn. The cover art is by a local artist. We are in an artist community so that was important to us. I’m so excited. And overwhelmed. A lot of formatting. And a bit of translating.
Some people write recipes like they talk. Some are more organized.
