Late to the party, but I have finally embraced smoothies.

I’ve been experimenting with smoothies and have finally decided to add them to our rotation as an alternative to a fresh fruit cup.     

We serve buffet style and I found an attractive tray-over-ice server that I believe can keep the smoothies cold and not drippy with ice.    

Im excited to not throw so much fruit away and also to expand our choices in both menu item and presentation.    

Live arrived in the 2000’s!

Good for you!  I guess after a few weeks you will figure out how many to make.  Or perhaps check with guests when they check in to see if they are likely to want one.  Otherwise, you'll be throwing fruit AND yogurt away!
