Just heading into peak season two and our housekeeper is on the injured list, probably out for the remainder of the season.
Back to work for me!
 
Ugh!!! You have my sympathies.
Rooms are blocked til Thursday as I am at our State Tourism Conference at Snowshoe. Although it is also MY good season, my NH cousin is taking his vacation at Hilton Head and will stop in at another cousin in NC Oct. 4 & 5. So I have also blocked Oct 1 - 8 to go to NC by way of MO.
Sister in MO bought 3 liters of Mexican pure vanilla extract for me last winter. I need to go get it before she heads back to Texas for this winter. Then to NC. Have to be back Oct 9 for a 1-nighter.
 
Sorry to hear this. Be careful, it’s a heavy load to carry at any age. No sense in hurting yourself over a dust kitty. Just sayin’.
 
I just got told that one of my housekeepers is down to 1 or 2 days. I did 4 turn overs by myself today.

I tell people to be kind to my dust bunnies. They are family pets.
