I've seen several sites with pictures that move or change to different pictures.
Does anyone know how to do this? I create and maintain my own site (www.visitoldcharm.com) and would love this feature, but have NO idea how to do it??

There are slideslows you can add to your website, is that what you mean or actual "flash"? The slideshows you can find online and use at no charge, they usually request a donation.

I do mine with a javascript. If you have a little knowledge of HTML coding, it's not difficult to do. It's called Tigra Fader and it's free.

I am assuming you mean they have a FLASH photo show or similar. There are lots of scripts you can download for free that will create your own photo slide show. Just google slide show scripts. One lots of folks seem to be using now is Lightbox.
