reposting regarding the foreclosure auction of Nu Wray Inn in Burnsville, NC

A week or so ago, I posted regarding the foreclosure auction sale of the Nu Wray Inn in Burnsville, NC.  We learned last week that apparently the necessary published announcements regarding the sale had not occurred and that the process was started over. I don't have the details but do have the name of an attorney who I think is working with the bank holding the note.  Anyone interested can easily find the website for the property.
