Another head-scratcher for the things guests say.
We have 2 beds in the rooms and I don't care if you use one or both. (Of course I'd prefer if a couple used just one, but rather than take the beds out of the rooms, I deal with it.)
So, today we had a guest who had used 2 beds tell us we could save a lot more laundry washing if we didn't have so many pillows on the beds. Hmmm.
