Martha Stewart's Buttermilk Pancakes

Description
This is the only recipe I've found that works for me.
Ingredients
| 2 | c | flour - all purpose |
| 2 | t | baking powder |
| 1 | t | baking soda |
| 1 | t | salt |
| 3 | T | sugar |
| 2 | eggs beaten | |
| 3 | c | buttermilk |
| 4 | T | melted butter or oil |
| 1 | t | vanilla |
| 1 | c | blueberries or other fruit (optional) |
Instructions
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry. Avoid overmixing and don't try to remove all the lumps. Drop by 1/3 cup meaure onto a low to medium hot griddle. If making blueberry, add the blueberries to the baking pancake. Flip when bubbles begin to appear. The second side will cook faster than the first. Enjoy.
