Description

This is the only recipe I've found that works for me.

Ingredients

2cflour - all purpose
2tbaking powder
1tbaking soda
1tsalt
3Tsugar
2 eggs beaten
3cbuttermilk
4Tmelted butter or oil
1tvanilla
1cblueberries or other fruit (optional)

Instructions

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry. Avoid overmixing and don't try to remove all the lumps. Drop by 1/3 cup meaure onto a low to medium hot griddle. If making blueberry, add the blueberries to the baking pancake. Flip when bubbles begin to appear. The second side will cook faster than the first. Enjoy.

I believe it says just that "add the blueberries to the baking pancake."
