This is Willow Pond's adaptation of Waffles of Insane Greatness, your other guests will not know the difference, so it's waffles for one and all! They are light and crispy and insanely great!
| 2 | c | bob's red mill wheat free, gluten free, baking flour |
| 1⁄2 | c | cornstarch |
| 1 | t | baking powder |
| 1 | t | baking soda |
| 1 | t | salt |
| 3 | t | sugar |
| 2 | c | milk |
| 2⁄3 | c | vegetable oil |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 2 | t | vanilla |
Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl, add wet ingredients. Make sure your waffler is seasoned, heat waffle iron and cook according to waffler instructions.
Remember this recipe is for the thick belgian style waffles. Enjoy!
