Simple Syrup to add to your lemonade
| 1 1⁄4 | c | dried lavender |
| 2 | c | sugar |
| 2 | c | water |
Loosely tie Lavender in cheesecloth (i.e. leave some room for lavender to expand). Boil Lavender, Sugar and Water until sugar dissolves, keep lavender in syrup until it is as strong as you like while it's cooling. When cool store in fridge.
You can either add some to your whole picture of Lemonade (adjust to taste) or set it out with your Lemonade/Tea service for guests to mix themselves, this is what I do since my family doesn't like it.
All measurements can be adjusted to your liking! Simple Syurp is always equal part os water & sugar, you just add as little or as much Lavender as you like!
