Description
I don't like salsa, but this one I could eat with a spoon - forget the chips! The chips are just the carrier!
Ingredients
| 1 | pk | cranberries |
| 1 | bn | cilantro |
| 1 | bn | green onions |
| 1 | jalapeno | |
| 2 | juiced limes | |
| 3⁄4 | c | sugar |
| 1 | pn | salt |
Instructions
The 12 oz bag of cranberries can be fresh or frozen, the cilantro should be chopped, the green onions should be cut into 3 inch lengths. The jalapeno pepper is optional and should be seeded and minced. Combine cranberries, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno pepper (optional), lime juice, sugar and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a medium blade. Chop to medium consistency. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Serve at room temperature.
