Description
Do you need something quick and easy for teatime? Try these! Super easy, super fast and guests love them!
Ingredients
| 1 | pk | pillisbury crossiants (not flaky) |
| 1 | t | of jam per crossiant (blackberry and blueberry are hits!) |
| 2 | pk | sugar in the raw |
Instructions
Lay each triangle of the crossiants out flat. In the middle, scoop a teaspoon of the jam in the middle. Roll up the crossiants as per package instructions. Before baking, sprinkle the top with sugar in the raw (about 1tsp per crossiant) Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Allow to cool before placing on platter.
*Guests devour these! When I put these out with cookies, the cookies go untouched and I never have leftovers of the crossiants
**I have also used this recipe with brie and jam together -- it goes great as well!
