Description
These will be the freshest tastiest pumpkin seeds ever.
Ingredients
| 7 1⁄2 | c | pumpkin seeds |
| 5 | c | cold water |
| 1⁄2 | c | salt |
Instructions
After thoroughly washing pumpkin seeds, put them in the 5 cups of cold water with the salr. Boil for 45 minutes.Strain off all the water and place on a cookie sheet (do not over-crowd them. Raost until done in a 300 degree F oven. They are usually done when they "pop" or the shells begin to separate from the seed (or they get brown).
Notes
I make them with no salt for my high BP "special case". Adjust the salt depending on how salty you like them.
