SuperInn is an entirely web based reservation system and guest management system all rolled into one.  It lets you feature a real time availability calendar and reservation system on your website (attached to your website).  Strengths of this system include that there is no data stored locally on your computer so it can be accessed from any computer with internet access.  This makes it ideal for managing your inn while traveling in the off season or if you have a day job that keeps you away from the inn.   The downfall is that if you have no highspeed internet access at home, it will be very tedious to use.
