I am confused, is this viable for B&B online reservations? I am interested if it is. I would like to see an example of it in use please.

It seems as it could be shoehorned in. Results in kind of an odd calendar layout but it could work for a small property with only a few rooms. I think beyond that the results would be messy for innkeeper and potential guest.
It says it can accept payments with Paypal or can at least pass through cc details like webervations does.
