having spent the last three spring/summer/early fall living in a closet sized bedroom, i have to ask. where would/does the innkeeper live?
Suite area including bedroom with queen bed, laundry and storage room, private full bath, living room with 2 sleeper sofas, outside screened porch, and private entrance (ideal for a manager’s private quarters). (on the ground floor)

Yeah I thought so too. Don't know what a lease would cost or if there is business to justify it, but something someone may want to investigate for sure if they don't have money to buy a place and want the experience.
I take it this place isn't available any longer. It doesn't go to a an actual website.

It goes to an actual site, its just that the page for this inn is gone. Seems like the listing for that place is no longer there. Might have sold or changed their mind or something like that.
Anyone know of any properties in S. Fl (Boca/Delray Bch. area) with this lease option? We'd consider an estate that can pass as a B&B, inn. So long as property is inhabitable. Need a two floor plan with larger yard if possible. Post here or contact me thru website home page link at bottom. Thanks!
