We use this company for our coffee mugs. I think the price is good (comparably speaking) and the product lasts. I have a mug I purchased as a souvenir over 10 years ago, one that I use regularly, and the logo on it is still crisp and sharp and the interior of the mug is still fresh and clean, no scratch marks from the spoon. These are standard items, not fancy like Deneen.

They also have pens, water bottles, etc. I only have experience with the mugs.

Shipping is HIGH, but it's like that everywhere. And their shipping actually came in less than they quoted to me. They do the design work and you ok the graphic before printing. Then you get a sample to approve before production.
