JB, aspirings will be lucky to have such a great resource from someone who really knows what she's talking about!

It might be good to mention that, while you won't get rich, it can help you pay for a lot more house than you'd otherwise get to live in, and when nobody is there for a few nights, you get to live in a wonderful place!

And of course advice to do it in a destination location. You can do it in anytown USA like Gillum and I do, but being in a destination has some great advantages!

I am using the advice of your man Marcus. That is the whole reason for it. A resource list basically, seems too many are not doing enough research or can't find it.

This link does not seem to be working. Can it be updated or another source given?

JB has retired and her blog site is taken down. Send me a message with your e-mail address - you can contact me here because I am too dumb to remember who I am if anonymus. I will e-mail my Aspiring Seminar to you.
