I am seriousely considering it too. 
I am looking at a few more days over on the eastern shore while there. I was just looking, and an fyi the cancellation policy for the room at Williamsburg Lodge is 72 hours.
Can anyone speak to how to apply the costs of this to their annual tax return? (sorry to sidetrack, as you can see I never go to conferences, altho I always want to last year it was in Jan when we have bdays and anniv galore in this house, so this one might work out, I am trying to convince the man to go as well and said y'all might be there!)
