George Foreman Grill - Knock Out The Fat - A Great Innkeeper Tool!

George Foreman grills are a great tool for all innkeepers.  These clam-type grills cook fast, the grease falls away into a grease tray and the food stays moist.  The food cooks on both sides at once and seals in the flavor.  I highly recommend the George Foreman Grill.  I have uses it every day here at our Bed and Breakfast for nearly 5 years.

Don't know what I would use it for at our B & B.  Do you have some examples?

sausage is what I use it for most often

ham

bacon

Keeps the flavor in and the fat out.  You won't cook it in its own grease. All the fat rolls away from the meat. Since it is a top AND bottom cooker it cooks in no time at all.

My husband doesn't want to grill outside any longer..doesn't think it is healthy and hates the mess etc etc.  So he bought the GF GRILL. it does a nice job but..no grill flavor....I want that BBQ flavor. We have been marinating meats to give them more flavor but it is just NOT the same
