I realize this is fairly localized, but we do have a few Maine innkeepers on here. We buy our mattresses from these folks and they really stand behind their product. We had to have one mattress repaired and they came right out, got the mattress and took it to be fixed. When the delivery guys got the mattress dirty, the factory replaced the cover and still had the mattress back here in one day.
