My Wife and I hope to open a B&B in the next 4-5 years. We thought to get our feet wet, we would buy an existing B&B but we need a consult. We live in Western Washington near Seattle. Does anyone know of a good resource who we can meet in person, who can help us plan our B&B future?

I would love to buy this place, not only am I hoping to have a Bed and Breakfast in the next few years. I am also a guy who loves to design haunted attractions. This would be the perfect Marriage of the two. I do wish it was on more land though... I don't have the know how to fix this place up...
