Moist & tasty gingerbread/ This recipe can be halved

Cream cheese/pecans/Grand Mariner stuffing. 30 minutes prep the day before, 1 hour to bake and serve the day of.

This granola is low fat and low sugar, unlike many commercial granolas.  The ingredients are flexible.

Here's a twist on eggs benedict that even those who don't like to see egg yolks will love.

 This is my own creation which evolved from trying to make something that did not look like all of my other breakfast casseroles.

This is best mixed up the night before first use AND will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks in an air-tight container. The yield varies depending on mini or regular. The original reciper says 16 to 20 regular.
