Easy Egg Casserole that you will use over and over

 This has been the recipe that we have made the most over ten years.  It is very basic and takes less than 5 minutes to make.  It has a great taste and comes out perfect every time.  The B&B's that I have shared this with have all thanked me because it is one of those that is a time saver on the days you need it.

Fabulous! What a wonderful change of pace for brunch or lunch! Use an apple that will hold its shape when baked -- Granny Smith, Golden Delicious, Rome, or Northern Spy will all work. Avoid McIntosh and Red Delicious.

Make Ahead Scrambled Eggs

These scrambled eggs are rich and delicious. You scramble them up the night before, store them in the fridge and heat them in the morning. You can add herbs or spices to switch it up a bit.
