I spent 20 years in the restaurant industry, CIA trained, the last 8 as an Executive Chef And I DO have experience working as an innkeeper as have filled in for many of my friends and clients while they have been away as well as being the Sous Chef and Assistant Innkeeper in a place in Stowe, VT for more then a year. So I do know the amount of time it takes to change the linens in rooms and baths as well as clean, vacuum, do reservations, cook breakfasts, bills etc.Smiling
