I have two to three comforter or bedspreads sets fo reach of my four rooms. Some are washable, a couple are dry-clean only. (my mistake.) How often in between seasonal changes do you wash or clean your outer bedding? What about decorative pillowshams and pillows?

We always have the daily paper available, plus our weekly local paper and our neighboring town paper (big tourist destination). We also have numerous magazines (many free) and local books on the history of our area. These are very popular with the guests.

I just finished reading the responses froma a few months regarding trying to get off Trip Advisor. We purchased our inn on Nov. 20th and the previous owners had 35 reviews on TA; all but one was positive. We've only gotten 1 review (positive), but I feel like I'm lying to prospective guests...

I have four rooms and I don't always know when guests leave for the day, so I can fluff their rooms. Do you use "do not disturb" or "please clean " signs and if you do, do guests always remember to use them? Any other ideas? Thanks.
