I documented this issue as early as 10-23-2018 and it has never been resolved to my knowledge. Fortunately we are so pre-booked right now, it is not an issue often.

We use Bath and Body Works 'Stress Relief' shampoo and conditioner. The guests love it so much we carry some of the other items in the gift shop and a few people have bought it. We get it from Sysco.
