Those that are requiring 2 nite minimum in busy season; are you located in resort/destination? We tend to get many 1 nite stopovers for guests that are traveling 8 hours or more to a final destination. Yet, like the idea of an upcharge, as all the turnover is a killer when busy.

What type of blanket/filler do you use in the duvet? Do you switch the "filler" out seasonally?

Hi. We are 4 guestrooms and recently switched from Think to ResNexus; generally for some calander features Think did not (yet) have. We also now use the credit card processing through Resnexus that gives good reporting.

Guess that made your "return" a simple decision. :) We chose to follow guidelines that initially included removing various items that either could not be cleaned daily, as "touch points" were of concern when there was still much unknown about the virus. Appreciate your reply.

We offer fresh towels, trash removal, and general tidy for a 3-4 day stay and most guests decline. Our 'welcome letter' explains we do not go in the room daily, yet feel free to request any of the above. On a similar note...during pandemic we removed extraneous bed coverings, pillows, books...
