    Booking sites

OK, I am an Airbnb member. Had my problems ,to be sure. What are OTA's, doesn't trip advisor require isnstant booking? I like to screen my booking, and since I do all the work in a large space, sometimes there isn't time for back to back bookings. How do you do it?

    Recipes needed containing no dairy

Rice milk and soy milk work in baked goods, though it may require additional fat. Scrambled eggs are fine without butter and cream. There's a great recipe for olive oil scrambled eggs on the web. Try baked fruit with crumble topping, or popover(use crisco for crust;not my fave, but it will work)

Rates for non-profits or corporate travel?

You're Right! Generally I have found the more open and happy the client, the more we enjoy hosting them and the more they enjoy their stay.

Menus for a long term stay.

I put the same basics out every morning, buffet style, and it's quite a selection. If they want something special, with the exception of an omelet or because of dietary restrictions they can request ahead, and pay extra. I will say I've had some fun cooking( without extra charges) for long term...

Clueless and not just the guest.

Oh yes, I can. Recently had a guest message me "what are your dinner plans?" It's a bed and BREAKFAST. "Dinner has to be booked 48 hours in advance with the Chef (me) and costs money. "So food is free?" "Uhh no, just the standard breakfast" Have a feeling it's going to be a bumpy visit.

    Income tax

Does anyone know where I can find the tax laws regarding BnB's where you live as well. Deductions renovations etc?
