He contacted me after he found a credit card charge that he did not recognize.... He still keeps emailing me , telling me i have to refund his money or he'll post bad cmments about me allover.....( i am shaking in my boots)..... It has gotten to the point that I actually blocked his emails.

There are always excuses.And they are getting better and better. My latest "No Show" used the excuse that he never received any of my 2 confirmation letters.....right... I would put into my policies that you can only extend the carry overs x amount of times, then they will go away.

Oh how I love it when No shows request to get a refund on their credit card.....then they try to blackmail me because I stand my ground... He supposedly never received a confirmation, that's his grounds for not showing up... How do you handle them ?

Thanks for your replies. We have another res tonight for the same room but different people, 11 pm and still not here. Ran the card and got approved...lol I called my merchant and all they said was to keep trying the card. That's nice....so I keep trying for a year and the card might be closed ...
