Some people are just determined to be grumpy and follow no logic cos 5 room I guarante you will not be doing enough volume of business even at 100% occupancy that it would cause a blip in your neighbours lives. If you were 80 bedrooms or even 20 maybe but at that level they may be asked for directions about twice a year and that would be a surprise! best of luck!
