April Fools Day

I will be innsitting over the next four days and I'm wondering if anyone ever marks the day with a special menu or cute trick?
I've gotten as far as planning on a Rhubarb Fool for my dessert course Friday and Saturday mornings (no repeat guests). I've seen some recipes for faux "sushi" that could be a sweet evening treat. Any ideas?

It's from Family Fun Magazine, they have a number of cute ideas, but they are geared to kids for the most part.

In recipes I posted my Poor Man's Caviar recipe. It is made with eggplant and is very easy to make. Tastes good too.
