A couple of exciting new changes John has upgraded you may or may not know about:
1) You can now see if Correspondence has been opened and at what time!
2) Instead of using Weekly Rate plans there is a new option to enter Rates & Minimums Day to Day, which eliminates those pesky Rate Adjustments. The caveat is that you do need to switch to Day to Day and re-enter your rates, but afterwards adjustments are easy peasy.
