Got this in an email today.
"Did you know that after you cut an avocado if you run water over it, it seals it and it doesn’t go all nasty like avocado's usually do. You don’t even need to cover it, the water causes a crust to form an you just cut that off and the avocado is a fresh as new."
Is this true? I have them all the time and have never tried this, if anyone has one right now can they try it?
