I've forgotten how to do this. Where do I go to tell Google that my B&B name is being used by scammers? I get alerts everyday now with the B&B name in them and the links all go to porn sites (or sites my browser blocks immediately). Where do I report these 'bad results'?

Is this coming to you as an email or from where does the alert arrive? Seems pretty easy for those folks to fake email addresses and phone numbers, I suppose links also.
I get regular emails from a former guest/friend suggesting certain sites, except he died a few years back, so either scam or very long distance email

This comes from Google. I have alerts set up to tell me when our name shows up online. Not fakes.

Thanks. That helps, but not really. I can't get the actual page URL as my browser immediately blocks the content. The Google report has all the Google code in the tracking, so I don't know if they'd accept that.
I can try. I wish I could just forward Google's emails back to Google. They are all noreply emails so I'd have to find a place to send them.
And, I'm not sure it's 100% adult content. It could be anything. I do know if I try the links on my exceedingly slow tablet, sometimes the site loads before the browser catches it and I see naked people. Doing naked people things.

Perhaps you could educate me on how you set that up, might be interesting. I take it these folks are just using your business name and not your actual web address. Some years back, different web host with poor security, I once found unauthorized pages tacked on to my site.

It's called Google Alerts <follow the link

For years I've had Google set to notify me any time my inn is mentioned. I also have several family alerts set so if their name is used, I get notice.

Thanks Arks

Well, I spent about an hour filling out forms on Google Search Console for malware sites. I clicked a couple of the links in the emails I got from Google alerts and was redirected to a site to install a browser add on. I then researched the site and found dozens of pages of how to uninstall the add on and clean up your computer that has probably been infected with malware.
So, not smut, but malware. But, Google does not make it easy to find how and where to report! I bookmarked the page this time.
It's really annoying, too, that I get at least one of these alerts every day. I guess it's better than being the site that they are installing the redirects on.
